1. Why choose Crafted Prints?

We use thick premium coated paper and a dedicated printing process to make sure your prints come out looking amazing even upclose. On top of that, our Square and Vintage prints from Crafted Prints come with our exclusive matte/glossy lamination treatment. This is completely different from other printing services that offer printing on paper with a matte finish. A matte finish does not offer much protection, and scratches easily compared to matte lamination.
Prints (Squares and Vintages) from Crafted Prints are splash-proof and more resistant to scratches and daily wear and tear. Great for all kinds of craftwork!
Most other printing services use normal cardstock and mass printing methods to save time and money. While the print quality is acceptable, it’s simply isn’t as good as using premium coated paper and dedicated printing. We believe that each photo is important to the person that has taken it and we go the extra mile to make sure your prints look great and feel great to hold as well.

2. How do I use my Reward Points?

To use your reward points, click on "Spend Your Reward Points" under Payment Information on the check-out page. Next, use the slider to select how many Reward Points you would like to use or simply click on the "Maximize my discount with points" checkbox.

3. Why Am I Missing Reward Points?

If you have made a purchase but do not see the corresponding Reward Points in your account, please contact us and we will top-up your Reward Points. If you have not created an account but have made a purchase on our website previously, you still qualify for the Reward Points you deserve! Simply email your invoice to .

4. How do I upload my photos?

You can upload photos from your Instagram account, Facebook account or directly from your device. After selecting the type of prints (e.g. Squares, Vintages), simply click on the "Instagram" button, "Facebook" button or "Upload" button respectively.

If you are still encountering problems uploading your photos, email them to us at and we will process them for you manually.

5. Why do my prints look different from what I see on the screen of my devices?

Your personal devices (computers, mobile phones, iPad etc ) and printers use different technologies to represent colours. The screen of your devices are also generally very bright making your photos seem brighter than they actually are. These factors make it very difficult for your prints to look exactly as what you see on your devices.

The quality of the prints also depends on the photos you upload, the quality of photos taken using older phones are generally poorer while photos taken in low-light situation may show excessive noise or low contrast & saturation.

6. Can I delete my Instagram photos after uploading them?

Please do not delete your selected Instagram photos before you receive your prints. We will need to access them to print your photos.

7. How do I order more prints or magnets than the options available?

To do so, please add your current selection to the shopping cart and then proceed to add your 2nd set and so forth.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship worldwide!

9. What is the shipping cost & how long does it take for my prints to reach me?

10. What is your Return or Refund Policy?

As our print products are personalized and print-on-demand, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds. However, we are firm believers of satisfaction guaranteed and we will re-print and re-send your prints if the quality do not meet your expectations. This does not include user-driven mistakes or creative choices though we do make exceptions, drop us an email and we will do our best to help :)
